Shaurn Thomas walked out of prison on Tuesday a free man after serving 24 years. Thomas was 19 when he was sentenced to life without parole for the murder of a Philadelphia businessman, Domingo Martinez back on November 13, 1990. Thomas always claimed he was innocent and that he was being held in a juvenile center for stealing a motorcycle the day of the murder.
