Every since Steve Jobs introduced us to the smart phone, we have been nonstop with obscene behavior. The early days of the cell phone could only allow us to preform phone sex. How that has changed. I came up with a few ways cell phones have allowed us to fulfill or sexual desire or how smartphones turned us into perverts. A pervert is described by Merriam Webster dictionary is a person or persons immoral or not normal. Cell phones have been around for a while now, but technology has increased our sexual appetite and made it much easier for us to engage in them.
UPSKIRT
Upskirt photos/videos can be the work of a normal pervert or a criminal pervert. A normal pervert will take a woman that they know and follow them around and take pictures up their skirt going up an escalator or sitting on the bus or even in a restaurant. Most of the time those photos will find their way on some adult website or an adult themes social media page. The participant’s usually give their consent to have their material posted on the internet.

Now, for those of you that live under a rock, taking a upskirt photo/video of a woman you do not know is a criminal offense. These sickos are brave and stupid at the same time. Some of these guys are far beyond trying to get a snapshot of a woman going up an escalator. Now they are taking upskirt photos of woman standing around in a checkout line or walking around shopping in a store. Some of those photos make their way to the internet, while I’m sure some of those creeps keep their own personal supply. These perverts think its harmless until they get caught, but there’s nothing funny about registering as a sex offender. Below is a video of a creep taking an upskirt photo of an unsuspecting woman shopping. According to WGNS News Radio, as of July 1, 2016, if you live in the state of Tennessee “those who take unlawfully photograph…for sexual gratification” will have to register as a sex offender for the rest of their life.

OK. Some people just don’t give a f***. Our smart phones allow us to use them like mini hand held computers. That includes surfing the internet. We all use them to check emails or just some random news or video to cure our boredom. Some people that have to get their porn fix on no matter where they are, In fact, some porn companies now have apps to make it easier to watch adult entertainment on the go.

Merriam Webster describe a selfie as “a picture that you take of yourself especially by using the camera on your smartphone”, and we all know what nude is. Nude selfies can be seen all over the internet including social. Not every taking a nude selfie will share their photos online, some will just share it with their spouse or partner in a text message or email. Caution should be considered when sending a nude selfie by test or email for fear that it has a possibility of being leaked online after a bad break up or possible cell phone hack.
A few celebrities like Kim Kardashian-West have become well known for posting nude selfies. Besides adult websites, social media is where a lot of nude selfies are posted. Facebook and Instagram do not allow images that show full nudity, Twitter does not filter media, which is where a lot of nude selfies are posted. Some people will take a nude selfie anywhere, even at work or a public bathroom and post it.

Guys, let’s set the record straight, it is not OK to send a picture of your penis to someone you don’t know. Some of you will send a d*** pic to anyone like you have the only d*** in town. Now its not always wrong to send a picture of your little solider to someone. Sometimes it may be required especially if your partner had to leave town or some other reason for them to be out of your presence. D*** pics are also a drunk guy worst nightmare. I’m sure there are plenty of guys that regret sending a shot of their crotch to someone. And some of you just like posting pictures on the internet. No matter what the reason is for taking a d*** pic, a cell phone is always involved.

Years ago in the stone age of cell phones, sexting was the only way peoples could send dirty test messages or images to each other. Today, sexting can be a communication between two people or by one person sending a message to another which may include the two mentioned above, nude selfie and penis picture.
There is a criminal element involved with sexting. There have been cases were people (men and women) have been caught sexting with a minor and got arrested for it. Even teenagers have to be careful, sexting someone considered a minor in their state can have terrible consequences. You should never send explicit messages to someone you don’t know and always use caution when sending it to someone you do know. Earlier this year CBS reported on a priest form California involved in a sexting scandal for sending unwanted images and texts to the church pool man.

The internet is full of adult videos or sex tapes filmed from a cell phone. The convenience of carrying a small device allows people to make a video virtually anywhere. Porn sites and social media are full of videos of people engaging in some sort of sexual activity in places such as a park or a movie theater.
Sometimes people act on impulse which can come back and haunt them. July 20, 2015, Time reported on a case involving a clothing store where 5 people performed and posted a video made from a cell phone, in Beijing, China. The individual that made the video were arrested a short time after.
Spying or voyeurism.
As stated above taking photos or video without someone consent is against the law. If camouflaged correctly, a cell phone can used as a hidden camera catching people in compromising positions or some form of nudity. Videos are always posted online of people getting caught in a sexual act. Sometimes it can be a couple engaged in a public sex act, or someone interrupting a couple’s private moment of intimacy. The captured footage can be stored on a phone, shared with others, or uploaded to the internet.
There are perverts that go too far by illegally filming an unsuspecting person. Setting up a camera to catch nude people in a clothing store’s changing room or locker room is common among perverts. A young man that worked at a pizzeria was arrested for using his cell phone to capture female employee’s changing in the locker room.
