Police showed up at the home of Fernando Del Valle and his wife for a domestic dispute after neighbors called the police after hearing loud shouting. Del Valle started recording the incident when the cops showed up at his house, and even warned the officers he was recording. Deputy Scott Thorne can be seen firing the taser at Del Valle, who was later fired and charged with a felony assault.
