A man who lives across the street from where this took place could not figure out why he had a parking ticket in a space he knows didn’t have any parking restrictions. Luckily he has surveillance cameras installed outside his home facing in the direction of where his car was parked. After he reviewed his video he saw meter maid placing parking tickets on cars and then had someone put up a no parking sign. The gentleman contacted Chicago Fox 32 news for help about the situation.
