It’s hard to say if this is real or one of those internet pranks but this is absolutely insane. A woman riding a moped said she faceplanted and injured herself so badly that she was admitted to the hospital. For some reason she left the hospital to go get her precious moped so that she could go tell her father that she was injured. The person recording the video captures her screaming in agony trying to get to her exit.
