Brandon Vezmar filed a lawsuit in Austin, Texas against a woman he went on a first date with for $17.31 for texting during the movie Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2. He said the woman used her phone to view or text up to 20 times. Brandon said he asked the woman to stop texting, but the woman said she had to respond to her friend. That’s when his date went outside and never returned. The woman said she left because Brandon was making her fill uncomfortable.
