The dash cam video starts with a jogger trying to get across the street when a car runs into him. The pedestrian goes crazy and starts banging on the drivers side window causing it to break. The driver of the car gets out and the two men get into a fight. By the way the pedestrian carries himself, he may be an athlete of some sort and that is possibly why he was out jogging. Anyway, the driver of the vehicle get a total beat down.
