Woman Stole And Pawned Her Sister In Law’s Wedding Ring For Gas Money

Brandi Hall, 24 from the city of Evans located in the Weld County of Colorado, was arrested for stealing her sister in laws wedding ring. Hall then took the ring to a local pawn shop. According to police records, the sister in law was washing dishes when she took the ring off and placed it in the window. After she noticed the ring was missing, the sister in law questioned her kids who had no idea what happened to the ring. After contacting Evans police department, officers searched online for the names of people that made recent sales to pawnshops. The officers noticed Brandi Hall’s name because she is related to the victim. Police went to the pawnshop where Hall pawned the $582 wedding ring for only $60. Hall was arrested and admitted to stealing the ring because she needed gas money.
