United Airlines Paid $10,000 For A Woman To Get Off The Plane, Yet She Was The One That Booked The Overbooked Seat.

Allison Preiss posted to her Twitter hoe she booked the last seat on United Airlines which made the flight overbooked due to a broken seat. A credit of $1000 was being offered to anyone that wanted to give up their seat. If no one wanted to give up their seat, then the lowest paid passenger would be booted of the plane, which was Preiss. In a nut shell, United gave her a $10,000 voucher for seat they didn’t have to sell her in the first place.
